Probation Violation, Child support
This all started with my anxiety problems. I called cops on myself to help me when i couldn't breathe. I was in the car and had consumed a little alcohol. The keys were in the ignition but thecar wasn't on. I was charged with DUI as i refused a blood test. I was convicted of reckless driving as my lawyer adviced me to plead guilty. I was totally against it. This was when i was going through a divorce. This affected me so much that i quit my job and stated using marijuana. I was in the mean time granted divorce and asked to pay $2000 child support and alimony per month. I was already under debt and could not pay my credit cards and other debts. I went through a mandatory urine test. After 2 days there were cops knocking on my door. I got so scared that I didn't open the door. The cops were positioned outside my house for the whole day. In the night I packed my bags bought a one way ticket and left for India. I'm a Resident Alien. I've not been able to pay child support. I'm in good talk with my daughters mother. How can I resolve all these issues? I want to come back and know that I will be arrested. I want to see my daughter whom i love a lot. I don't smoke marijuana anymore. I still don't know what arrest warrants are against me?

firstly take care of yourself! consult a good doctor may be yoga or meditation. settle yourself mentally and physically well!
talk to your wife and daughter convince them!
consult a lawyer and know what is your position there. if a bail/ anticipatory bail is required get.
then plan well and do it legally and lawfully!

You do not worry in India.
You may be arrested if you return back. You are supposed to pay child support under law.
You have legal right to see and meet your daughter.

You have suffered a lot and now start resolving your problems.Without knowing the facts and the nature of case and order of court and also contents of warrant,other details, it is difficult to suggest the ways to come out from problems.contact with details and if possible meet personally.

first get a treatment and recover yourself completely and then apply for a bail if it necessary meantime convince your wife and children to co operate you
