Property Settlement - CA Divorce

We have no children. We have reached a property settlement agreement for all financial matters including the house we own as community property. Would a post nuptial agreement form satisfy the requirements for property settlement?

You will need a Marital Settlement Agreement which will need to notarized. You can attach the same to the Judgment of Dissolution so that the Court can enter it.
