Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I am getting ready to move out of state with my fianc. I have a 4 yr old daughter, her father & I have a full joint plan. I am planning on leaving my daughter with her father until I get settled into the new house, at that point it will be a custody battle. But until then, what kind of paper work do my ex & I need to fill out, so I will still be able to have contact & visits with my daughter? Do we just make a new parenting time agreement?

Yes - you just need to file a modification of parenting time stating the new plan.
