remarriage name change but not child

Will changing my last name through remarriage have any legal consequences on me or my child who will still keep the last name of her father?

In short, no. The change of your name has no impact on your child's name. It should also have very little practical impact, as it is very common these days for children to have different names from their primary parent for precisely that reason.
