Technically, you were not available for marriage before your divorce was final. For your family and such, you may continue to treat your original wedding as "the wedding". However, to have a legal marraige, in Colorado, you have two options. You may either get married again (a simple "justice of the peace" wedding at the courthouse will do), or you may proclaim yourselves to be married. This will have the effect of making you married under commonlaw. There is no magic amount of time or special thing you have to do. You just have to live and operate as if you are married, and to tell everyone you are married.
