how can I reverse a power of attorney

I am the only living heir left of my mother and father's trust and an cousin tricked my mom into signing over all her assets to him and stuck my mom in an alzehimer's unit and she wants out but I can't get any help

You should file a petition for the appointment of a conservator of your mother. A temporary conservator can be appointed pending a hearing, if needed to protect her assets and personal safety.

You could request that you be appointed as the conservator. After the conservator has been appointed then an investigation can be conducted to determine whether she was competent to issue the power of attorney.
