What are my rights after 24 years of marriage? He says he has too little money, and if I get something then I will have to pay his debts.

If you file for divorce, the court will divide all assets and debts acquired during the marriage between the two of you. This will be done in a way that you agree on or, if you and your husband cannot agree, in a way that the judge believes is equitable (fair). That is about as much information as can be provided based on your two sentence question.
