Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I have been separated for over a year. I want a divorce but he doesn't. I was also coaxed into the marriage. Is there anyway I can get it anulled?

Not unless he is your brother or there are other specific grounds for declaring the marriage invalid. Unless the way you were "coaxed" involved a gun to your head or drugs slipped into your drink you probably do not have grounds for invalidity. Your easiest way out of the marriage is divorce.
