Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
I have just been served with child support papers for a child that have never seen or had anything to do with but the paternity test came back and said that he is mine I have wanted to sign over my rights because she wont allow me to see him and i am not on the birth certificate and he donsent have my last name he has her husbands last name can i sign over my rights without having to pay child support

You will have to pay child support unless she agrees to waive it, which seems unlikely given that she is asking for support. Under Colorado law, each parent has a duty to support the child based on their ability to pay (that is, mostly based on their incomes).
