Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
Hi, I was served with contempt papers from my ex stating the children were unbathed a couple times. He is asking that I pay a fine and or imprisonment. Will they really do this over the children bein unbathed a couple times, or do I have nothing to worry about? I have been very reasonable with my ex and his attorney and the keep coming back for more. When is enough enough?

It is very possible. Especially if there have been problems in the case in the past. If your ex has an attorney, my suggestion is that you do not fight this alone. It is obvious that they are trying to ring you out to dry for very minor things.
Feel free to call me and we can help you fight the case. My number is 303-872-3249. Look forward to working with you.
