Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

shes keeping my stuff

I have lived with a girl for almost a year in colorado. we are no longer seeing each other and i have move out. she has changed the locks on the door and i'm not able to get my stuff form inside the house (bedroom set, living room set , ect ) i have had these things before we moved in together. and have prof. what would be my next step??
