Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Signing over parental rights

I have a six month old son and I am not sure who his father is. There are two potential fathers and one of them said he would take a paternity test only if he can sign over his parental rights. He wants to do this so I can not take him to court for child support. My question is what exactly does it mean if he signs over his rights and will that prevent me from ever getting child support if I need it?
