Which state to pursue custody or child support

I am currently living in Alabama, I moved from Colorado three months ago. Which state am I required to pursue custody and child support orders?

The court here will not have jurisdiction until you have been here 6 months. There are other issues as well such as where your ex-spouse lives, etc. I would recommend that you speak with an attorney in your area.
