subpoena question
I was served a subpoena to show up in court to testify against my ex boyfriend, if I do not go to court will there be any legal actions taken against me?

Yes. It is very possible that a bench warrant may be issued. You may be held in contempt of court. If that happens, you could potentially be facing fines and even jail time.
