Ex taking visitation days away
My ex is taking her summer vacation time with the kids on one of my weekends. Do we need to be in agreement before she takes those days? I don't know if I have a say in the days she wants to take. Do I?

You have a right to enforce the agreement. If you want, you can ask the Court to enforce the agreement to prevent your ex from taking the kids on your weekend. The better course of action, however, is to negotiate with your wife; if she's going to take one of your weekends, you should be able to take one of hers. Again, you can enforce the agreement in Court, but the better course of action is to try to work it out by compromise. Please feel free to email or call me if you have any questions.
