who do i talk to about a judges decision
The judge made decisions final on divorce. Respondent is to pay patitioner 3,ooo in 90 days. Respondent does not have the money and income and expenses will not help. Can paymemts be made if it is ordered by the Judge? Respondent wants to honor the judges decision in all matters but what does one do? Thank you for any help you may have

It may be useful to ask the judge to modify the order or to attempt to negotiate a payment plan with the payee. In any case, making some payments should indicate to the court your good faith in resolving the issue. Worst case is that the payee will ask the court to find you in contempt; however, your inability to pay may be a satisfactory defense.
