Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I thought I was divorced back in 1993, got married again in 2004. In regards to the second marriage, if it is over and I have not seen her since 2009 do I need to get a divorce from her? Or do I just have to focus on getting a divorce from the first one?

If you did not get divorced in 1993, then the 2004 marriage was not valid and you can focus on the divorce from the first spouse, though that does not mean that there would not be any issues re: the second marriage for certain unless you obtained a declaration of invalidity of that marriage, which you may want to do if you want to get married again.
