Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
My wife was common law married until 2002. She never legally divorced him, so is our marriage valid? We were married in 2013.

If your wife actually created a common-law marriage in 2002 and never divorced, then your current marriage is invalid. You can file to have it annulled. If you continue to live together after she gets divorced (assuming she ever does) then you will be married from that point forward.
