I am wondering in a case of voluntary termination of parental rights to facilitate an adoption if I can get post-termination visitation.

If your parental rights have been terminated, then you are no longer related to the child. You have no more right to visitation than any other person. You cannot get court ordered visitation. You will need the permission of the child's actual legal parents (the adoptive parents).
