For example, I would need to know if a dissolution of marriage action was ever filed. If so, I would also need to know whether you and your ex entered into an agreement which has been adopted by the court as an order. If so, you may have a variety of options available to you.

In the event there has not been a dissolution of marriage action, there may also be other remedies available to you, but that will depend on your circumstances.
