Legal Question in Medical Leave in Colorado

Written up in Review for Time off due to FMLA Leave

I was written up in my annual review stating I was off when I was suppose to have been training on a project. I had kidney stones and was on FMLA Leave. Can a company write you up on your review and doc you on your raise and bonus for the year for having approved FMLA time off?

No. As a general rule, FMLA leave is protected leave. This means that your employer cannot take any adverse action against you for taking that leave time. You should probably consult with an attorney to discuss this situation and what possible remedies you have.
