auto acident statute of limitations for lawsuit
A rental car was damaged while in my possession while in Colorado, no injuries, the car was hit while parked. how long does the rental agency have to file a claim to recover for damages to the car?

If the car was in your possession, it seems you may be responsible. Did you take out any rental car insurance? If not, did you report it to your carrier?
