Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

My brother used funds in the family trust account for personal use. What can we do?

He could be held personally liable for the fund and you could have him removed as trustee. You may need to go to court to accomplish both, unfortunately. I'd need to see the trust agreement to advise you further. Hope this helps.
