Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado
Help on Collecting a Civil Judgement
I acted pro se in a civil procedure and prevailed. Problem is, i don't know the procedure for collecting on the judgement. The judge directed me to work with opposing counsel but he is being very uncooperative. Is there a standard form or something I should file with the court to expedite this process?
Thank you!

Re: Help on Collecting a Civil Judgement
Depending on what court you obtained a judgment in, you should file a motion for interrogatories.
The respondent must answer questions you pose that identify where he works and banks so that you can then seek garnishment of wages and bank accounts.
