Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

Contract dispute with a short-term vacation rental company. The software that the company is using made a miscalculation. Now the rental company is requesting we pay them over 20k for there mistake. Do I have a case here?

The only way for an attorney to advise you on if you have a viable case is by being hired so they can review the contract and more facts.

That said, there is no right to keep funds because of an error. If you mean to say that under the contract you accepted that actually owe them $20K more then they have a good case against you absent specific terms in the contract.
