What are the rules reguarding court documents,if they are not ledgable,and if they are misleading. is there a colorado revised statue that covers this subject?

Your question is a bit vague. Under CRS � 13-17-102 a party can be liable for attorney's fees and other costs if the pleading was "substantially frivolous, substantially groundless, or substantially vexatious."

An attorney can also be liable under CRCP Rule 11 if pleading was interposed for an "improper purpose, such as to harass or to cause unnecessary delay or needless increase in the cost of litigation."
