Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

My daughter is being sue over a downloaded movie. The internet was in her name but she was out of the country on the day it occured. They are suing her for $150,000. The lawyer that is representing the plaintiff called and said a court date has been set for next week but she has never been served. She has no money. Works 2 min. wage jobs.

I am sorry. She needs an attorney. Google for Colorado Legal Services and have her contact them to see if she qualifies for free or reduced fee representation.
