Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

Disolution of Relationship

My exboyfriend and I split up in July of 2000 after a 6 Month relationship. He turned into a psyco and I had to just leave or face violence. It has been another 6 months and he still refuses to let me retrieve my personal property. What can I do legaly to get my things back?

Re: Disolution of Relationship

Go to the Sheriff's Department and ask to have a deputy accompany you to retrieve your personal belongings.

If that fails you will have to go to court to get an Order entitling the deputy to enter the property and retrieve your things with force if necessary.
