husband files for divorce in denver co. and i live in florida. our home is in florida and i want to know if the judge in colaroda has jurisdiction over our assets?

The real question is whether he has jurisdiction over you. If he has jurisdiction over you, then he can force you to transfer property. You need to consult with Colorado counsel to see if the proceeding there is proper. If you have never lived in CO, it may not be, and he would have to come here to Florida.
