Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado
i had a friend that gave me 480.00 to buy my car all together I was asking 1500.00 and she wrote up on a lil paper saying she would be making payments to pay car off within 2 months and she signed it and asked my husband to sign also but I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING AT ALL!!! and my husbands name is NOT on that car anywhere. I was looking for her this whole time and could not find her at all. Now she text me on Facebook wanting all her money back now. What can I do to get it back asap?

If you signed over the title, then you cannot get the car back. You will have to sue for the rest of the money owed to you.
