Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

I hired a Bad Contractor to repair my home, I have home owner's Insurance through American family he did not finish job,Roof did not pass Inspection,Promised us money for repairing some of our own things from frustration ,did not pay us ,did not pay sub contractors who are threatening to lein our home,when questioned about these issues became hostile on Christmas Eve sent me nasty txt messages ,I txt him he was Fired he said Fuck you Its your job to support your kids,Fuck you I quit and I am filing a Lein against your home,He is a very Dishonest person,He has not completed the work agreed upon,I still need gutters, the Facia replaced ,Attic vents replaced ,Screen on my windows,And my roof re Inspected to pass city code,what are my rights?,what can i do to protect my home from the leins Threatened to be filed against my home ?, How can i make him Pay the Sub Contractors so I am not subject to More Leins?, How can I get my home repaired with out having to deal with this terrible guy, I don't believe he is a Licenced and Bonded Contractor Like he said I think he is a Con ripping off Home Owners and Sub Contractors both,

I am sorry for the problems but, unfortunately, there are no easy answers. If he continues as threatened and files liens you will need to file a suit for the breach of contract and to remove the liens. There are several effective suit strategies to use against the general contractor to get them to hopefully resolve this matter including assertion of lien trust fund claims.

You need to contact a local attorney and provide them all documents and additional facts. Lien defense and strategy is complicated and is very dependent on the facts.
