Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado
Who mite help me with a case I have already filed in District Court against a cadet and a x Westminster cop, With 6 things named on the complaint and the people have been notified they are about to be served by the federal Marshals service I filed prosey and its getting a little scary I have a investigator that is and has helped me to get this far :)

Hire an attorney to help you under a limited representation. You will not have a chance in your case if you do this entirely pro se. We have, on occasion, helped persons under a limited representation depending on the facts. Other lawyers also may consider limited representation. Contact some lawyers as soon as possible and I would recommend that you get their advice before you file and serve the complaint. Good luck.
