Permanent restraining order

what do I need to get a permanent restaining order against my neighbor? Can I get the reports for other neighbors that have complained against him also?

A restraining order is intended to protect you from some harm. If he is threatening you or your neighbors, or your property in some way, you may file for a temporary restraining order in county court, and schedule a hearing.
