Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

Restraining order (civil)

I responded to an ER hospital survey that security was lax and that immediate attention to secure public access areas should be taken; only to be served with a civil restraining (temporary) order to keep me 100 yards away from the hospital and all employees! Now am I to be labeled a ''threat'' to my community because I exposed this, or is it because I am considering suing the same hospital for malpractice, and they already know about it?

Re: Restraining order (civil)

Your guess is as good as any of ours. You can contest the restraining order at the hearing that has been scheduled. You can sue the hospital for malpractice. For either you should hire an attorney (not this one).
