Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado
retail error
I purchased a pair of glasses and paid the requested amount. Months later I rec'd an invoice for an additional $55.97. Apparently the clerk charged me the incorrect amount. Am I legally obligated to pay the $55.97?

Re: retail error
If you had no reason to know that you were being undercharged, and did not know, and the price was represented as the full purchase price, you are not obligated.
