Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado
I'm not sure what section it would come under
My boss signed his name to a statement I wrote regarding my negative working conditions. I'm applying for worker's compensation for an occupational disease of arrythmias due to stress. By his signing my statement and dating it does that mean he concurs with it?

Unless there is language above his signature indicating he agrees with it, more likely his signature merely means he witnessed your complaint.
Good luck with your condition.
