Can I subpoena
Can I subpoena a hotmail email (live) account. I received an email from someone claiming that my husband is unfaithful to me. I just want to know who this email came from and the location.

You can't subpoena someone outside the context of a court case. If you can't just ask your husband about this hateful claim, your marriage is probably already needing, at minimum, counseling help. Also consider that an email from an anonymous coward is likely to be less truthful than one from someone with a genuine concern for or about you.
