Tresspasing?
My neighbor is constantly spraying poison on the vegetation on his property. He apparently feels the need to spray 1 to 2 feet onto mine as well, killing all the plants on my side of the fence. What can I do?

You're right: it's a trespass, and you can sue both to stop and to recover damages to your affected plants. You might try small claims court.
