Re: Trial
It is an EXTREMELY unusual civil case in which there are 600 legally relevant exhibits. Be sure you have no duplication and that each exhibit is required for a specific courtroom purpose. Most judges are going to have a fit if notified that there will be 600 exhibits.
However many you end up with, the correct procedure is to copy those which are copyable, send the copies to opposing counsel and the Judge, with an index numbering the exhibits and a short explanation or description of what it is and for what purpose it is offered.
If the exhibits are not copyable, then you need to arrange with opposing for a time for him to inspect them physically.
It is disturbing to contemplate 600 exhibits. In most cases that will require a documents manager who does nothing but deal with them. I don't know how else you could keep them straight during a trial.
I fear you may need more assistance in this area than we are capable of giving on this Board.
