Unanswered Garnishment in Small Claims
How do I get a default judgement on a small claims case whee the garnishee did not answer the garnishment that was issued through the Douglas County courts. What forms and action do I need.

Contact the Clerk of Court's office. They usually have the forms necessary for people to do things themselves. The clerks may not give legal advice and cannot fill your forms out for you, but they can provide you with the proper ones.
