Re: how can i?
Unfortunately, you are not eligible to receive permanent residence through your sister's petition for your mother. Your sister or mother would have to file a separate petition for you. Has any such petition been filed for you? How long has your mother had permanent residence (green card)? Is she eligible to seek citizenship?
I strongly recommend that you see an attorney in-person to review your situation. Please feel free to contact my office to discuss your case further.
Re: how can i?
You need to sit down with an immigration attorney to discuss your options. Your period of authorized stay expired on the date stamped on the I-94 card you received when you entered, not the expiration date of the visa.
