Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

need to clarify

my wife was told by a judge to leave the USA 3 months after her baby was born (he was born 03/1995) she did not leave. I met her and then married her in 2001. we have 3 US born children. she is now in Costa Rica as of 06/2006. where do I start to try and get her back here legally?

If you are a US citizen, you must file an I-130 immigrant visa petition with USCIS. When that is approved, your wife can apply for an immigrant visa at the US Consulate in Costa Rica. The forms are quite confusing, so you should consult with an immigration attorney.
