Client records

I'm unhappy with the attorney helping me with an immigration matter involving my employee. If I decide to change, can I get all records back from the attorney?

Yes, if you are the client. If the employee is the client, the employee must request the documents.

Assuming that the company and/or the employee have paid the attorney then it should not be a problem to obtain a copy of all of the legal documents.
