Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
im in this country since 1986 about 12 years a go im married to usc around 2000 i apply for green card we interviewed and the immigration officer asked me to bring i-693(medical exam) with my passport i feled to do so because off my hiv states now that isnot a issue any more(thanks god)also i still married and 8 years old son,im very health and working,take madication.my quation is im tring to refile allover again ,i have two things in my mined
1st,if the immigration officer asked us why i didnot response to there need at a time what i have to answer?
2nd,why takes us this long or why you been in countery illigaly this long?also with my hiv states i been counsiling and therapy includig my wife and family,how can avoid this quation not to came up again during the interviw time ?please help.and thank thank thank.

You need to apply for the adjustment again as it would most likely have been denied by now. You may also need to do the Waiver. Please contact my office for more information.
