Could I get a drivers license in August if I've been ilegally living in the state (colorado) for less than 1 year?

The state is currently issuing regulations about this. What I have seen so far is that you will either need to show 2013 Colorado tax returns as evidence you have resided in the state, or evidence of having lived in the state for 24 months. In addition, if you don't have a social security number, you will need to get an ITIN number. We are here in Denver, give us a call for more info at 303-872-0090.
