green card

My daughter is a green card holder she is on process to be a

sitizen can she apply for me for green card?because I came to

US for visiting.

How old is your daughter? She may be able to petition for you once she becomes a US citizen if she is over 21, if you can prove legal entry to the USA and you both meet certain requirements. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further in private. Good luck!

If your daughter is over 21 and you remain in the US during the time her citizenship application is pending she can file for you. I would suggest that you have the greencard application ready at the time she is called in for her naturalization interview so as to make the most efficient use of time.
