Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
I have green card for 4 years and I would like to bring my mom form Iraq to US i would like to give some advice to know if I able to do so and which application number I have to fill out

You are not allowed to petition parent if you are a green card holder. Only US citizen can petition parents. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
