Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
hey, I have a student visa and got married to a green card holder so we sent the I-130 July 2014 So now my priority day is current and sent the I-485 package jan 2016. The USCIS accepted and sent me the notice of action for I-485, I-131, and I-785. So, my question is dose my status change now so i can stop going to school or when will it be so i can stop going to school ?

You are in temporary legal status while your I-485 is pending. However, if it was to be denied for some reason, then you would be out of status & would have to leave the country, unless you maintained F-1 status. I cannot advise you to continue going to school, however, you are not compelled to. Good luck!
