Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
my husband will send its citizenship application on April 2014. He is going to be 5 years in July 2014 that he is a permanent resident. When can I send my application to request my green card.

The general rule is that you must be a LPR (lawful permanent resident, or green card holder) for 5 years to apply for naturalization: www.h1b1.com/citizenship.htm
You can apply up to 90 days before the 5 year anniversary, or any time thereafter.
