Yes, but it is very complicated depending upon the individual and the sponsor - family or employer.

No...there is nothing available right now...unless any kind of petition was filed for the undocumented person before April 30, 2001. Other than that there is no other options avialable but to wait for the immigration reform or marry an US citizen.
